We appreciate the health benefits associated with honey and ensure that the harvesting and bottling process does not degrade our honey in any way. That way our customers can be sure of a high flavoured honey rich in healthy anti-oxidants.

In addition to our Scottish honeys, we also produce a range of preserves produced using the finest fruit grown in local Perthshire along with a range of selected speciality, single flower, honeys imported from around the world.

With the exception of our Scottish Blossom honey, all our honeys are single flower (mono floral) honeys. This is unlike most honeys which although they might state that they are a product of one country, they are from several flower sources. It is akin, in wine terms, to say that our mono floral honeys are like a bottle of Chablis compared to a table wine.
