		1. Scottish Heather Honey 340g 12 oz Beehive Jar     £2.55 This is our premier honey gathered by our own bees from hives spread far and wide throughout Highland Perthshire, Royal Deeside and beyond. Bell Heather (Erica Cinerea) is in flower in July and forms a minor part of the product but imparts to it a darker hue. Ling Heather (Calluna Vulgaris) is the principal component and our main crop at Heather Hills each August. Its flavour is distinctive amongst the honeys of the world, with a rich, full taste of the Highlands. Being a darker honey it is high in healthy anti-oxidants.

Scottish Heather Honey with Edradour Malt Whisky 340g 12 oz Beehive Jar    £2.80 Edradour Malt Whisky from our local distillery near Pitlochry (which also happens to be Scotland's smallest working distillery) is added to our heather honey to create an evocative and envigorating taste of the Scottish uplands. 		3. Scottish Blossom Honey 340g 12 oz Beehive Jar    £1.90 Nectars from the flowering crops of Perthshire's rich farmlands, including raspberry flowers, bring a mild flavour to our pale set honey. Wild and garden flowers also form part of this delicate honey. The hives are taken to the flowring crops in early summer. Here the bees get down to some hard work and happily multiply in number.
